I was about to start picking my olives to take to the Co-operative for oil, but I notice that quite a lot have begun to go wrinkly. Are they OK for oil still, or have I left it too late?

I take mine to the Almanzara at Culebron & it really doesn´t seem to matter what state they are in or if they are green even. You will just get a lower amount of oil per Kg. They test a random sample & normally you could expect to get between 12 to 20 litres of oil per 100Kg of olives.
